It is offering easy-to-follow steps that make sleep transformation achievable even with the most demanding career.
The Programme doesn’t just give you tips. It guides you step-by-step through proven techniques designed specifically for high-achieving women, ensuring real, lasting improvements. And it comes with my full support as a sleep + stress therapist.
During the 6 weeks, you have the chance to discuss and address your specific needs and goals with me, Denise, a certified therapist, in a private online setting. We will have 4 full hours together.

Sleep Better. Perform Better is for you if who want to improve your sleep (including overcoming insomnia), manage anxiety / stress, and have more energy so that you can perform at your best at work and in life.
It is a 6-week online Programme, offering a combination of CBT-i (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia), mindfulness, ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) and hypnotherapy. These approaches are rooted in neuroscience and psychology, giving you evidence-backed strategies that work, and personalised to fit your circumstances.
Once the first week’s module is released, you will get asked to book in your 4 individual 1:1 sessions (1 hour each). You can choose from a number of available slots to suit your needs and these can be rescheduled as needed.
One you sign up, you’ll gain access to the programme platform and your initial assessment and pre-start work. After that you’ll receive one module per week until the completion of the programme. All worksheets, handouts and bonuses will be released on a similar schedule.
Your time commitment would be approx. 1h per week. You can go at your own pace. You’ll also get lifetime access so you can start slow, or go fast; it’s your call. There are also several wins you can get even in the first week, so if you log in and watch the first video, you’re already ahead of the crowd.
As long as you provide me with 48 hours notice, all sessions can be rescheduled. I know diaries get busy easily so there would be no problem to adjust. If you do not show up for our 1:1, I’m afraid that session will be lost.
