I created JoySpace Therapy because I want to help you get back into the driver seat, overcome sleepless nights, manage anxiety, and rediscover joy in your life.
I’m a recovering perfectionist and classically trained marketer turned cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist. In other words, I can relate to the challenges you’re experiencing, because I’ve probably been there too.
