My integrative approach is tailored and personalised to you, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based approaches and interventions. Such as CBTi (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia), ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy), mindfulness and hypnotherapy.
I focus on guiding you on your own journey of self-discovery, mind-body connection strengthening and psycho-education. My approach is aimed at nurturing growth and improvement from day one.
Therapy sessions are held online weekly through a secure platform. I am fully insured to work with clients from around the world.

Working well together, aka ‘our therapeutic alliance’, is my main goal. Throughout our sessions, we are ‘in this together’, as a team.
Together we come up with more helpful ways for you to live your busy life, improve your sleep, manage your stress and learn coping mechanisms to have available at any point.
I’ll be there to help you, but I cannot do it alone! This is why I highly encourage you to lean into the therapeutic process and engage with it.

I roll up my sleeves and share with you tools to best manage your daily activities and issues. Charts might be used too.

I listen and do not judge. Our sessions are a safe space for you to be, dance or cry however you may feel like. I'm here for it.
